Psychodrama Training Practicum - 5 Day Residential

Learn the Psychodrama Method. Awaken Creativity and Courage. Resolve Past Hurts and Current Conflicts.

Open to people at all levels of training and will also benefit those focused on their own personal development rather than training. Newcomers welcome.

Course Description

The purpose of this workshop is to teach the psychodrama method and its applications. We will also develop our abilities to communicate well, resolve conflicts, heal past hurts, and develop new ways to live creatively in the world. Jacob Moreno developed the psychodrama method in Vienna and then in the USA in the first half of the twentieth century.. He believed that a truly therapeutic procedure must address not only the individual, but all of humankind.

If you are new to psychodrama you will learn in a supportive and trusting environment through experiencing the method. If you are trainee with some experience, you will have the opportunity to practise your leadership and production skills and refine your understanding and practice of the method. We will focus on applying the learning in your life and work. There will be time for meditation, reflection and writing. Five days allows a generous amount of time for exploration, experimentation, resolution and integration.

Katerina Seligman, qualified psychodramatist and psychodrama trainer.
