Description
Sociometry highlights the value of two-way relations between individuals. Sociometry has two subfields: research sociometry and applied sociometry, but common to both fields is the emphasis of people ‘meeting’ one another. For this reason, sociometry is viewed as the foundation of psychodrama and sociodrama and has the aim of enabling us to become responsible and genuine founders of vital social living.
The initial aim of sociometry is to increase our ability to perceive the existence and workings of the tele factor responsible for the formation of groups and the role repertoire a person has in life.
This 3-day workshop allows trainees to focus on the aims and principles of sociometry and to come alive to the significance of this field.
This workshop is open to trainees in all centres and the number of participants is limited.
