Description

This workshop is a professional development event for those called upon to provide supervision in clinical and community settings. It will be practical and experiential. We will use the psychodrama method to concretise actual experiences from supervision practice. Together we will explore the roles and reactions arising in you as you respond to specific moments with the person you are supervising. We will also explore the context of this supervisory relationship, staying aware of the big picture in which these moments are occurring.

Our aim is to assist you to develop your roles as supervisors in the area of supporting ethical practice where there are developmental considerations. An emphasis on Moreno’s developmental stages will be introduced foregrounding meaning making as a living process in human relating.
