2018 – From 4.30 pm Friday 26th October 2018 to 4.30 pm Sunday October 28th This residential training workshop will have an emphasis on whanaungatanga, sociometry and family systems as we integrate our learning from the year. We will explore whakapapa and genealogy discovering similarities and differences in our family cultures. Experiencing each other at depth and getting to know more of our family systems and our sociometric connections will give us an increased appreciation of what makes each one of us who we are. We will encourage each other to aim high and persist in expressing our individual truths, while respecting our relationships. We will develop courage and leadership with an aim to overcome obstacles that obstruct us from reaching our goals. Throughout the workshop we will experience life within the tikanga of Onetahua Marae. This experience will be enhanced by the guidance of Chris Hill of the tangata whenua. This training workshop will provide opportunities to explore and role reverse with cultures that we experience as different. We will have regular processing sessions using fishbowl listening circles and other action methods.
Who attends?
We invite all levels of psychodrama trainees, beginners to advanced, to attend our last training event of the year.
If you are new to psychodrama, or you have not trained with us before, you will have a training interview with one of the trainers prior to being accepted onto this training programme.
