WPTI Enrolment Policy

  1. Trainees enrolling for a training event for the first time are required to have a training interview. The purpose of this interview is to determine professional goals, to assess the relevance of prior learning, to outline the training process and to begin to develop a training plan. This interview is free of charge. Contact the WPTI administrator to make an appointment prior to enrolling in a programme or workshop.
  2. You will be notified of acceptance at the interview or by email. Your place in a training course will be confirmed by the payment of fees.
  3. You will need to accept the Training Agreement. Once your enrolment is confirmed this Training Agreement is understood to be in place.
  4. Acceptance of participants is at the discretion of the Training Institute.

It is to your advantage to have a professional setting where you can apply what you are learning. Advanced trainees need to have, or be working towards, or planning to attain a professional qualification in their chosen professional field.

Payment, Withdrawals and Refunds

  • Full payment is due two weeks prior to the start of a programme or as arranged with WPTI.
  • WPTI accepts automatic payments spread over the training year as agreed with the Administrator.
  • A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure a place in W1 and W2. $450.00 is required as a deposit for W3.
  • Before booking a flight to attend a workshop please check with the organiser that the minimum number of group members has been reached
  • If changes are made to the programme, trainees will be notified.
  • If a programme is cancelled, trainees will be refunded in full.
  • For all programmes offered by WPTI:
    • full refund (less the non-refundable deposit) will be given for withdrawals made 2 weeks prior to the programme start date, 4 weeks in the case of W3.
    • no refund will be given for withdrawals after this time unless there are exceptional circumstances, or a replacement participant is confirmed.
  • In the event of withdrawal, a $50.00 administration fee will be charged
  • Fees may be transferred at the discretion of the Institute.
  • Acceptance of participants is at the discretion of the Training Institute.
