Intermediate/Advanced 2017

Description

This training involves attending a year-long programme of training and experiential workshops, reading, writing, peer practice group, social activities and supervision. The  Intermediate / Advanced Course is open to those who wish to develop their professional abilities without necessarily becoming certificated practitioners.

  • Intermediate Training: strengthens trainees’ directing, auxiliary and group work. At this point trainees write a short paper in an area of interest applicable to their work.
  • Advanced Training: trainees are required to choose a primary trainer, to belong to AANZPA, to run groups in the community and have supervision for their work.

Trainees choose ‘Elective Workshops’ (these are the same for both Christchurch groups and incur no extra fee for those enrolled in the full year’s programme). Anyone may apply to enrol in these workshops.

Fee

  • Full fee $2,650. Discounted fee $2,450.
  • Enrol by 20 December 2016 with a deposit of $200.00.
  • Balance of fee to be paid in full by 31 January 2017 to receive the discounted rate.
  • Payments after 31 January 2017 will be at the full fee.
  • The enrolment fee may be paid by instalment, however, the fee is to be paid in full by Thursday 31 August 2017.
  • You are invited to submit a payment proposal to the Management Committee for their consideration.
  • A penalty will be incurred if your fee is not paid in full by Thursday 31 August 2017. If you have not paid your fee in full by Thursday 31 August 2017 the Institute reserves the right to not accept your enrolment for the following year.

Sara Crane is a Psychodramatist, a Trainer Educator Practitioner (TEP, AANZPA) and is a Registered Psychotherapist with a special interest in children and families and has a long-standing involvement with Playback Theatre.

Walter Logeman

Walter Logeman has a background in teaching and Social Work and is a Psychodramatist, a Trainer Educator Practitioner (TEP, AANZPA) and Registered Psychotherapist who works in private practice and specialises in relationship therapy and supervision.
