This experientially based training includes both theoretical and practical components.

You will learn about:

  • Group Dynamics
  • Group Leadership & Facilitation

This is part of the training for Dunedin trainees and the workshop is open to others.

The training is suitable for: established group facilitators; new and prospective group workers; and, those who would like to better understand or participate in groups.

Application of the training may be in formal groups, in clinical or community settings, the management of work teams or in the informal groups of everyday life.
